1. Discovery:
Custom house plans can begin as easily as your call or email to us describing your
needs and asking for a free quote for a completed set of house plans. Your house plan
descriptions can include photo images of comparable house plan styles that you
especially like or features you especially want incorporated into your plans. My

offers many possible items you would want included. You can even rough sketch you
floor plan and send that to me to give me an idea of the home you want.
2. Work in Process:
We begin by sending you a quoted price and agreement to contract for your signing and
then begin to take all of the house plan information you send and begin to develop
your custom plans. At each stage of the work we will send you emails
with plan drawings in PDF format or DWF format for your approval or corrections.
As soon as you reply we can continue toward completion. We can usually complete plans
ready for shipping in 10 working days or less. Custom garage plans can usually
be finished in 5 working days.
3. Final Approval:
When plan work is finished and with your approval we can print them and mail them
directly to you.
