Vance Hester Designs
As a third generation Custom Home Builder and Contractor I started designing
and building new custom homes in 1971. I do not custom build any longer devoting
my time to design work which I really enjoy. My experience in building and designing
has enabled me to have a clear insight into what will work well and what won't.
I have held a NC General Contractors license and also a NC Real Estate Brokers
license for many years. Since Custom Homes has been my passion it is only natural
that I would love to design homes as well and have done so since my entry into the
custom homes business in High Point, NC as well as other parts of North Carolina.
I have designed and built homes ranging from 700 square feet to over 6,000
square feet.
As a professional builder and designer I have the experience to understand
what most home owners are looking for in their huge investment. I also
understand that this is a major undertaking for someone wanting to custom
build their new home and I am able to provide residential house plans that
will help toward achieving your goals.
