Custom Garage Plans
- All of our plans are custom drawn to the exact size and style you want and would be mailed (US mail) within two days after your approval email to us and final payment.
- Custom garage plans as low as $145.
Custom House Plans
- Custom plans as low as $.30 square foot under roof.
- I will be glad to quote you a contract price so you will know the total cost up front.
- I will correspond with all customers by email and PDF drawing files as work progresses and wait for your approval throughout the work in progress. Until I have an approval or change to be made I will be waiting on you.

The design process can be started easily once we understand your needs and desires in this special home. The list below shows some of the questions we would have in designing your home.
Give us a call and we can often get a good idea of what your needs are by phone, or contact us by email.
- Photo's of a home with the same or similar style you want
- Hand drawn rough sketches no matter how rough
- Magazine articles you have found and like
- How many floor levels
- Square feet on each level
- Basements finished or unfinished
- Number of bathrooms
- Number of bedrooms
- Any special type of cabinetry, such as in living room or family room locations
- Garage or carport locations and how large
- Ceiling height and any special ceiling work to be included
- Type of roofing to be used
- Exterior boxing style and type of material used such as paint grade or vinyl covered exterior
- Special flooring to be included, such as vinyl locations, carpet locations and tile or other flooring styles
- Bath area ceramic work
- Kitchen and bath cabinet manufacturer if this is critical
- Window Manufacturer and style if critical
This list is given to show some of the special items that might be needed to get the project started. As the work progresses we will certainly have more questions that can be answered through phone conversations or email.
I can usually produce normal plans within a 15-working day period or less depending on how quickly you can return calls or emails with answers to design questions. If I can't I won't start the project.
